Hi, I’m Kelly. With 15+ years as a photographer, I bring a warm, energetic, and organized approach to every session and wedding.


I love putting people at ease so they can relax and be themselves in front of the camera. My editing is gentle and natural — focused on enhancing your best self while keeping the real you intact.


Whether it’s a busy wedding day or a quiet portrait session, my goal is to create beautiful, authentic images that feel true to who you are.

Nick Jakubik

Hi, I’m Nick. I’ve been taking pictures and filming things for over 25 years. I shoot a mix of film and digital, and I still get just as excited about the technical side of the craft as the creative side.

Born and raised in the Northwest, I’m a Navy vet who has hauled gear through remote backpacking trips, sailed across oceans, and shot on five continents.

These days I work side-by-side with Kelly on nearly everything we do. When I’m not shooting, you’ll find me exploring back roads, tinkering with cameras, or judging gas station burritos — because after 25 years of travel, I know the difference between a good one and a bad one.

Dark Star & Gear

Our truck, Dark Star, is our rolling basecamp. She’s taken us on countless cross-country trips, remote expeditions, and late-night drives to chase light.

We shoot with a mix of film and digital gear — from medium format and classic film cameras to modern mirrorless and cinema rigs. We keep the kit practical, reliable, and ready for whatever the day throws at us.

Equipped for extended on-location work with terrestrial and satellite communications, 5.8kW of power storage and distribution, an 800W solar array, and a long-range Wi-Fi network — giving us live broadcast capabilities even in remote locations.

We shoot with a mix of film and digital — from classic wooden large format 4x5 cameras to modern mirrorless bodies and cinema rigs. We keep the kit practical, reliable, and ready for whatever the day throws at us.
